School of Demography launch

Please join us in celebrating the launch of the School of Demography in the Research School of Social Sciences at the Australian National University (ANU).
The School has been created to strengthen the University's role in being the leading demographic centre for research and training in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
At the event, several speakers will highlight the history of demography at ANU, its importance for social policy and planning, and our future directions in the field.
We will also highlight several exciting activities to bring together scholars from across the university working on population-related issues, including the new ANU Demography group.
A reception will be held following the presentations.
